Hog Roast

For centuries people have been enjoying the simplicity of cooking and eating meat communally, usually as part of a celebration. Today we continue this tradition, supplying professionally prepared local Pork and cooking it to perfection in our own Hog Roaster. Perfect for your special event or party serving Hog roasts throughout Mid Wales, Oswestry, Welshpool and North Wales.

What's included?

Fresh Bread Rolls
Supplied fresh by "Smiths" of Oswestry that morning

Stuffing
Our own mixture of Sage and Onion stuffing, usually cooked inside the pig to ensure extra succulence to the meat

Apple Sauce
Simple, but the best accompaniment to Pork

Carver At least one of our staff members will be on hand to carve and serve your meat

Sundries
Paper plates and napkins will be provided

What will it cost?

We have tried to keep this as simple as possible. Just work out a rough figure of how many guests are coming, then you can see which price category you will fit in to.

Mileage

The cost shown above includes events within 10 mile journey of LLanrhaeadr. Mileage will be charged at 45p after 10 miles.

Hog Roast bap. Complete with succulent Roast Pork, Sage and red onion stuffing. Apple sauce, served inside a fresh white bap from the local Bakery

BBQ Caterer

As well as providing Hog Roast we can also provide and serve you the best homemade sausages and burgers to enjoy, professionally cooked on our large hotplate. We can keep our BBQ's as simple or as varied as you like. Speak to us directly to talk more about different options available. As with Hog roast we can provide the baps, Salads and condiments. Leaving you free to enjoy the occasion.
