Welsh Beef

All our Beef is sourced as local as possible, we work with a selection of Famers, as well as our local wholesalers and abattoirs to gain the best beef available. We buy in whole carcasses of Beef, this allows us to handle the beef as we want, maintaining full control over the meat.

Throughout the year we buy in Highland Beef from our local "Tanat Valley Fold" situated only 5 miles down the road. Where Mr and Mrs Davies strive to give these docile gentle giants the best quality of life, allowing them to graze all the rough pasture land that they thrive on.

More recently we are working with some local farmers who are in an environmental scheme to better enhance the local biodiversity through grazing animals. We look forward to the beef in this joint venture.
